Rural Center has given a large sum of money to Mt Olive to build a plant for this fuel .The Government of British Columbia has also started to give grants to people wanting to make this type of fuel in their country. You can also find other agencies willing to give subsidies. You can check your local public office to find places that offer subsidies for alternative fuel.

Consideration is given to any reputable company that has a good background and has exhibited the ability to be able to make this type of fuel. This is available to any reliable company or individual wanting to make this fuel.
